PSG.LGD Defeated by Tundra in ESL One Fall Grand Finals

Tundra Esports, one of the few ESL One Fall 2021 participants who will not compete at The International 10, managed to win the event. In its grand finals they outplayed PSG.LGD, who played with a replacement – the team’s carry Cheng "NothingToSay" Jin Xiang missed the event due to visa issues and was replaced by its coach Zhang "xiao8" Ning.

Both Tundra and LGD advanced to the playoffs from second places in their groups. While Tundra managed to get to the grand finals without losing a single map by defeating beastcoast and Virtus.pro, LGD lost their very first match to Virtus.pro (0-2) and dropped to the lower bracket. There they won three matches with a 2-1 score – against Spirit, T1 and VP. The grand finale concluded with a 3-2 score.
